INDICATIONS: SAMe is a dietary supplement containing S-adenosyl methionine, vitamins B1, B6 and B12 and folic acid. Vitamins B1, B6 and B12 contribute to the normal functioning of metabolic processes designed to produce energy and folic acid contributes to the normal metabolism of homocysteine.

OTHER INGREDIENTS: Microcrystalline cellulose, silicon (Syloid FP-244), magnesium stearate, hypromellose, Gellan gum, titanium dioxide.

DOSAGE: One to two capsules a day. If you are taking antidepressants, ask your doctor before taking this medicine
