Shipping Options
We are proud of the IT systems we use to follow and monitor every stage of order handling. Every customer is able to follow the stages of its order and therefore plan accordingly.
Products are noted as:
- Available: the product is dispatched within 1-2 working days from the date of ordering (if the order is placed by 15:00 o’clock)
- Available within 3 to 5 days: the product is always dispatched within 3-5 working days from the date of ordering (if the order is placed by 15:00 o’clock)
- Out of stock: the product is not available and cannot be added in the “Cart”. If this is the case you are suggested to contact us for further details.
- Cancelled: The product is cancelled and there is no possibility to place a new order.
Delivery hours: 9:00 to 17:00 working days by Courier. There is also the option of collecting the order directly from your local courier office.
Delivery cost
For purchases of any products (only in Greece) with a total cost of forty nine (49,00) euros and above, and weighing up to two (2) kilos, we do not charge shipping costs. For every extra kilo the customer is charged 1 euro per kilo.
For purchases of any products totaling less than forty nine (only in Greece) (49,00) euros the customer is charged three euros (3,00), if the total weight of the products does not exceed two (2) kilos. For every extra kilo the customer is charged with further 1 euro per kilo.
Products marked "Heavy Objects" are sent after consulting the client about the shipping costs.
Products labeled "Cooler Product" are not dispatched outside Attica for your own safety and protection.
The total weight of the product of each order is calculated automatically.
All prices include VAT. Upon completion of your order an e-mail will automatically be sent to you with the analysis of your order. You do not need to do anything else. Your order has taken its course.
For delivery outside Greece (countries in EU) the shipping cost is 6 euros for 0,5kg and extra 5 euros for every 0,5kg until 1kg.From 1kg and up, the shipping cost is 5 euros for every 1kg.
For countries non-EU the shipping cost is different and depends on the country.
Cash On Delivery
In the case of delivery, the customer is charged with three (3) euros extra.
Remote-Inaccessible areas
In areas considered inaccessible, the additional charge is five (5) euros.
