• L-carnitine and acetyl-L-carnitine: increase the levels of gonadotropins and sex hormones while also participating in the production of healthy eggs.
• Folic acid: contributes to the development of maternal tissue during pregnancy. It is necessary for the proper development of the fetus as its deficiency is associated with neural tube defects. For this reason, low levels of folic acid are often linked to premature miscarriages.
